Clean, bright, and open photo studio with kitchen area, smart tv, bluetooth speaker, and everything you need for a fun and successful shoot! We are happy to provide a tour of the space. We provide tours and walkthroughs by appointment only, Mon-Fri, 4:30pm-6pm. Plenty of photography aquipment available and Included with the rental - 7ft White Vynil backdrop - 4ft Tan portrait backdrop - 5ft Custom hand-painted red, green, and blue custom hand-painted canvas textured backdrops - 4ft Pastel Pink, lemonade yellow, tan, black, and white portrait backdrop setup - Godox 800w and 400w strobes are available with 2 universal triggers - Godox Gobos with 300w continuous light - Several modifiers, beauty dish, umbrellas and reflectors - V Flats Our Amenities: - 11ft Ceilings - Large windows for natural light - Main studio space is a square-shaped room - You get access to the space - The kitchenette and full-size refrigerator - We have 6ft rectangular folding tables, 4 ft rectangular folding tables, 32" round cocktail tables, and fan-back folding chairs - 2 restrooms - 65" Smart TV - Built-in bar - Guest access to high-speed Wifi - Bluetooth speaker with access to Apple Music & Spotify - Max capacity is 50 guests - Free onsite parking for up to 25 vehicles, so you leave your car and walk right in! - Everything you need and nothing you don't! Conveniently located 6 minutes from exit 59 on i95, 6 minutes from exit 10 on i895, 5 minutes from exit 39 on i695. 20 minutes from Inner Harbor, 16 minutes from White Marsh, and 20 minutes from Towson. 5 Star Rated - We have over 100 five Star Reviews across several platforms Hours Of Operation: - We are happy to provide the space between 9 am and 9 pm. - Please be aware that setup and breakdown must be included within your rental window, the rental start time is when you gain access to the space. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

This space was amazing!!! Everything was setup and ready to go just like I’d hoped for. Willis was super helpful and informative. The space was perfect for a family photoshoot. Enough space to shoot and keep the kids occupied. The space was soo nice that my clients even asked about it. Do yourself a favor and use this amazing space. You won’t regret it!! Grateful to have found this gem for this project. I will DEFINITELY be using it for future shoots, events and anything else I need a space for. Awesome venue, awesome host, awesome experience!! All the stars!!!

This event space met our needs. We did a photoshoot and had a catered dinner. Space is clean, spacious and "gave what needed to be given" lol. I would definitely book again. Willis communicates well before officially booking and after.

The event space was great. It was clean and better than expected when I visited in person. I had a great experience and Willis, the host, was very gracious, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this space and will be a return customer for any future events.

This space is exactly what I needed for a professional photoshoot, and the cherry on top is our host Willis. He provided details of the space (equipment, props, etc.) before we arrived. He greeted us upon arrival and even brought out a garment rack for me to use. This space has an abundance of natural light and several backdrop options (black, gold, white, light blue and taupe). Unexpected perks were the sound system and an iPad with music to complete the ambience. Willis was also kind enough to offer us bottled water. A great location, free parking, perfect lighting, and a friendly host are more than enough for me to return. I will definitely book this space again when I’m in the area. Thanks again, Willis!
