Rustic Brewery with Large Outdoor Patio

History of the space Our building was originally constructed in 1893 for the Fairburn Ice and Coal Company. We have maintained the historic character of the space by preserving the original brick façade, concrete floors and adding historic photos of the building collected from the local historic society. We have finished our taproom with a variety of old reclaimed barn wood from the area which helps to give the impression of a pre-prohibition era pub. Beer We offer up to 12 varieties of craft beer to choose from at our brewery which can be included in any event package big or small. Logistics The brewery consists of three defined spaces. Our taproom (2300sqft), the outdoor patio (2300sqft), and our beer garden (1500sqft). The taproom rental is a full facility rental since it closes the entire brewery to the public and includes a 20' indoor bar with 12 beers on tap, seating for up to 55 and 3 flat screen TVs. The patio space has seating for up to 150 with an outdoor bar and covered stage. The beergarten area consists of 8 8' picnic tables and a 48" fire pit. All outdoor spaces come with propane heaters in the winter season.
