About the Space
Our studio is located in up-beat Prospect heights Brooklyn. Host your next private brunch, Intimate gathering, workshop, business lunch and many more uses. (This booking is for intimate events, see our other listings for more, If interested in booking for pop up, gallery or day rentals message me for info) We have 1000 sq ft of space to use including an outdoor back yard with a beautiful white brick wall, wall to wall windows that provides beautiful natural light, white walls and high ceilings. What's included is 24 Ghost chairs, 4- 6 foot tables, 2 Sonos speakers, in space bathroom, in space kitchenette with sink and mini fridge. 2 Cart tables and 1 cart. What we offer for events: -24 Ghost chairs -4 6 foot tables (seating for 6) -4 white table cloths if needed $6 per rental fee -1 desk height white rolling table -1 counter height white rolling table -push cart for food or drinks. -4 cocktail tables if needed for a $12 per table rental fee -kitchenette - Sonos speakers (no outside music source, no dj equipment, music and noise must be kept at a respectful volume to our neighbors) -greenery wall “Happy Birthday” Neon sign for a $40 rental fee "Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe" Neon sign for a $40 rental fee * the space will be mostly emptied for your customization if you would like to keep certain furniture and props please let us know. * Maximum capacity is 30 people

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

This hidden gem of a studio in the Crown Heights/Prospect neighborhood of Brooklyn was perfect. Light and airy vibes for days thanks to natural sunlight and dreamy decor. A wide array of furniture and props with which to design sets that match your vision. Ample sized private changing area with full-length mirror plus well-lit makeup vanity, along with a clothing rack, make getting ready and changing looks a breeze. The space includes a small kitchenette, complete with fridge, sink, and lots of counter space. Modern, tidy bathroom. Host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this studio!

I cannot say enough great things about this space. It’s exactly how it looks in the images if not even better in person, we had a great shoot. Billy was a phenomenal host .
