Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Guest will experience a clean environment when booking my podcast studio.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

The podcast recording room has a futon for your guest or cohosts if your a three person or 4 person show, along with two 2 Faux Leather Barrel Chairs for the main hosts, or for a single hosts and his/her guests. The recording space has soundproofing covering 2 of the walls, with the third wall sporting a design with the sound proofing panels and a 50 inch tv that can display your show’s logo while you’re recording and filming for branding.

There’s the room lights that provide the most light, then there are 2 lamps with LED bulbs with the ability to change colors, and there’s 1 Softbox light.

Noise is very minimal.

Equipment loading description

There is an elevator on the ground floor entrance where renters can bring the necessary supplies and equipment into the space.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

There is a middle room area that is off limits.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

The power rating is great. I have never had issues with power in my 3 years in the space. The recording area has 4 outlets.

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

General Rules

1- No smoking in the suite. 2- No alcohol allowed before 2pm. 3- No reckless activities that will cause damage to furniture. 4- Do not go in file cabinet in the front area of suite. 5- Do not turn on computers in front area of suite

Ages 18+

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

There is a futon in the recording room where if necessary can be moved by the renter if they feel more space is needed. No furniture in the front area is to be moved. The chairs in the recording room can be moved as well if need be.

Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

There is a security camera facing the entrance of the studio and a security camera in the recording room.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
