The large windows provide lots of lovely natural lighting and the contemporary feel bring a special element to create space you wish existed. This space has blank canvas walls with the capability to flex and is perfect for hosting small groups for photoshoots, networking, showers, parties, meetings, or any intimate gatherings. Create any special events you want your guest to never forget! This is a unique space in the heart of West Seattle. We are in “The Junction” area located next to shopping, restaurants and local hangout spots! For your convenience, there is plenty of free street and garage parking in the building. The C Line bus stop right also runs right out front. Feel free to bring your own food or have it catered by nearby restaurants. No hard liquor is allowed, only wine and champagne. Booking includes the entire space and rates include taxes. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
