Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We have had all kinds of events at our space. Photo shoots or movie sets or holding for film crew. We can help guests decorate the café into a space of their dreams. Our space allows us to put together an unforgettable experience for special times in our clients’ lives. We can tailor the food to customers’ preferences with many different options, such as an upscale variety buffet or sit-down dinner. The atmosphere is inviting and cozy with antique couches and chairs, art and cozy lighting.

Parking description

There two hour street parking and a paid parking lot available one block away (Christ Hospital lot).

General Rules

This is a smoke-free space. We have in-house catering but can discuss if a client would like outside catering. The kitchen is not permitted to be used. The backyard space is not available for use. We are a BYOB establishment. Live music is permitted as well as a Bluetooth speaker is available.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We have security cameras inside and outside that are always on.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
