All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Our studio / creative space is located in the heart of Dallas, Texas. Just 3 minutes south of downtown, we invite you to let your creativity flow! 1700 square feet of windows, exposed brick and hard wood floors house our fully customizable retro-futuristic creative space. Use our hand collected inventory of props, set furniture and lighting or bring your own and simply take advantage of the natural light and open layout. We encourage you to get as creative as you can with the space. From music videos or themed photoshoots to visual podcasts, pop up showrooms and small private events, we've got you covered. The surrounding neighborhood is full of character. Enjoy rooftop views of the Dallas Skyline, grungy graffiti ridden storefronts, industrial buildings or upscale nightlife all within a 5 mile radius of our building. Lastly, our space is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom and closet for guests who want to bring in food or hang wardrobe during their booking.

Parking description
When you arrive, you can park in front between the Ervay Theater and City Park Lofts or on the side street, Beaumont. Once you've parked, call and one our hosts will come down and get you.
General Rules
TIME SLOTS / OVERAGES:
The rate covers "Enter to Exit" time. This includes load in and load out. If you need overage time, it will be billed at a rate of $37.50 per half hour.
NON-SMOKING:
We do not allow smoking in our space due to the value of some of the antique pieces we have on the property, however, some exceptions can be made depending on the nature of the booking.
OUTSIDE FOOD / ALCOHOL:
We welcome food and alcohol, however, some areas may be restricted in an effort to prevent damage to the props and furniture used on our sets.
NOISE:
We love music!!! Please keep in mind our space is located in a residential building, so out of respect to our neighbors keep music at a reasonable level.
PETS:
Pets are welcome on a case by case basis.
