Natural light inside home may be controlled from the window covering and curtains. All living areas do not have blackouts, only the bedrooms contain blackouts.

You can't hear outside unless there is some loud work being done. we are on 2 acres so there is plenty of space away from neighbors. The streets are not busy.

Ground Floor

For large items to be entered in home, there is a sidegate to backyard that's about 3-4ft wide and then you can enter any equipment through backyard sliding doors. No steps.
