About the Space

Welcome to my creative space! At the Creative Oasis, anything is possible. The space consists of exposed brick, an urban indoor garden, a bottom floor creative suite and an outdoor space in the heart of Bed-stuy off of the AC Utica or J Koscziousco stations. Examples of possibilities but not limited too: Photo Shoots Acoustic Band Rehearsals Music Recording Studio Sessions Video Shoots Film Back Yard Patio Meeting Space Live intimate Shows Live DJ Sets DJ Sets etc.... What's your vision? FLOOR FEATURES: Floor One of the space features a garden that is nice for film and photography. The downstairs level Has a photo booth with silver silk drapes, a DJ booth, a music recording studio and is a space where we rent clothing for shoots and more! The photo area also had a cloud sky which is really nice in pictures! This space also features an outdoor area with a patio and yard space. This space can be used as a relaxing pad or can be used for video and photo. Let the space be your oyster.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
