About the Space
Cre8ive Studio 2-1, an approximately 340 sq foot loft, boasts 12+ foot ceilings and outward-facing, oversized windows for lots of natural light. The space accommodates up to 30 people, and has extra acoustic insulation and sound dampening for better recordings, along with being able to be set up as a podcasting space. Made up of 13 individual spaces, Cre8ive can accommodate multi-room bookings and a plethora of different uses. Every studio has Wi-Fi, hardwood floors, and access from dedicated extra wide hallways. Our dynamic spaces are conveniently located just steps from Penn Station/NJ Transit, walking distance from all subway lines, along with several cafes and restaurants. We are on the 2nd floor of a doorman building, with three restrooms (one ADA accessible), and a water dispenser with cold and sparkling water. Our on-site staff are ready to help with anything you need. Bookings that are less than our minimum hours may be made within 24 hours of the event. If your booking needs to be made further out, please contact us. For schedule optimization purposes, bookings of less than 3 hours may be moved to another room of the same type. Electricity is provided 100% by renewable (wind) energy. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

I booked a meeting room with window because I know it will be more comfortable for participants in a 4-hour long workshop. Upon arrival, I was told I am being bumped to a different room without window because the room i booked was still occupied. There was no further explanation or option. I expected a whiteboard as it was listed as something available in the room. Once my session started, I do not have time to run out and ask for additional equipment so i went without a writing board. And 15 minutes before ending, someone knocked on my door and said the room i occupied was not supposed to be available for the booking time I reserved. Overall, the reservation commotion and disturbance was not pleasant, when I should be focusing on running my meeting. My participant did commented on feeling a bit uncomfortable in a room without window in the end. Positive things about the space is its convenient location, clean lobby and elevator.
