The large lounge space has comfortable seating, 60 inch flat screen TV, fiber speed internet and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide spectacular views of Lake Union, the city skyline, Olympic Mountain range and more. Come and enjoy a beautiful sunset while BBQing on our brand new luxury grills. The kitchen has an open layout perfect for entertaining and cooking. Utilize our state of the art appliances, including full range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and wine fridge for your next party or event. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

A wonderful space with a million dollar view! The kitchen is good enough for a big catering dinner and will hopefully continue to improve on pots, pans and amenities. The patio is HUGE. Hopefully the fire pits can be fixed and deceased plants replaced. Most of all, Keifer is the best Peerspace property manager we've ever worked with. He was flexible, understanding and helpful in every way. We would definitely host a gathering here again.

This venue was incredible!! Keifer is a great host. Views are beautiful. The oven preheats quickly and the fridge has ample room! Parking wasn’t as difficult as I was anticipating, nearly all the guests were able to find street parking close by.

This place has beautiful views and the host, Keifer, is so great to work with! We held an impromptu elopement and Keifer worked with us to make the accommodations just how we wanted it. He let us in early to set up, move furniture around, and decorate the space.

The indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful. Our guests were amazed by the breathtaking views from the rooftop. Keifer was very responsive and helped us throughout the booking process.
