I had my engagement party at Keifer’s space and all our guests LOVED it!!!! The view of space needle, the lake and the city view was unbelievably gorgeous. Only down side is that the indoor area is not actually fitting 75 people, it is including the terrace, so please keep in mind that 3/4 of your guests will be out in terrace and there were no umbrellas provided for some shade (it was 30’C). My guests were fried under the sun… Also, there are actually no parking as the place is in a dead end, you actually do need to park at far away streets.

Had a birthday and grad party there last weekend. Excellent venue and Keifer was great to work with. Beautiful views. All the amenities. You won’t be disappointed! Parking for guests a challenge but ok if they Uber.
