IMPORTANT: Please read and share these rules with the entire group that you are bringing. The person booking will be responsible for any potential damages or overtime. 1. This is our home, no parties whatsoever. Sorry! 2. Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the condo or on the property. 3. Please ask us if you want to move any decor or furniture. We are happy to do it for you prior to your booking, but we ask that you do not move anything without our assistance. 4. No shoes allowed on our beds, white rugs or couches. 5. Please be considerate, neighborly and mindful of noise. We are in a condo complex with close neighbors who work from home during the week. No loud music. 6. Please use coasters when placing drinks or cups on our tables or furniture. Please do not place any objects or equipment on our tables (they are custom made!) or other furniture that may leave scratches. 7. Please do not arrive early, as we may be engaged in other commitments or working on our space to make sure it is perfect for you! 8. Please allow time for set up and tear down as part of the time you book through Peerspace. Any additional time used will be charged as overtime. 9. Overtime is allowed on a case by case basis. It depends on our availability and schedule. Overtime is charged at 1.5x the hourly rate. 10. Pets are not allowed. 11. Expect us to be here when you arrive to let you in. One of us will give you a quick tour of the space and make sure you have everything you need. We will be here to answer any questions you may have as well. After that, we will get out of your way to ensure you have your privacy. During the rest of your booking we will be nearby, and will arrive promptly at the end of your booking to close things up.
