We have 2 parking spaces available directly in front of the studio, with ample parking also available on the street perpendicular to the studio.

Our cove has great natural light when the garage door and the skylight are open. We are able to control the light in the studio, so please let us know and we would be happy to close the skylight, as well as the garage. Our cove has wonderful natural light between 10 am and 3 pm. There are parking spaces directly next to our unit, as well as street parking, which allows easy access to our space. We have a large garage door that rolls up to make it ideal to get large pieces of equipment into all spaces.

We recommend for you to add-on the Hangout Space for your team to have exclusive access to the couch, kitchen, and desk area.

Our cove space (cyc wall) is the predominant area we offer for rental. You are not able to do any production inside the hangout area without adding on per hour to your booking due to our team working in the hangout space.

Please be respectful and mindful while in the space and ask one of our in-house creatives on site if you have any questions - The studio has both heat/air conditioning that you are welcome to use at your convenience, but please turn off at your scheduled end time. - Renters can arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to their scheduled time (if studio is not rented) and will have 15 minutes to clean up after their scheduled end time unless previous arrangements have been made with the studio and no other clients are scheduled. - Renters at no time should be cutting paper backdrops (if you believe a backdrop needs to be cut prior to your shoot time please contact the studio). - Only models/clients can wear shoes on backdrops, if client/model is wearing street shoes please have them wear provided shoe booties. If you need to assist your client/model on backdrop, please take off your shoes. - Headshot station backdrops are not for standing on and should not be lowered onto the floor. - - --- - Headshot lighting and softboxes are not to be moved from headshot station. - Renters are responsible for everyone in their client’s party and must ensure everyone adheres to all studio rules and children must always be supervised by an adult. - We only allow shooting in the cove area of the space, however, Renters may have non-exclusive access to the kitchen area, bathroom, living space, etc, when needed. - There is absolutely no jumping on paper backdrops. - Due to minimum storage space, Renters may not store props or equipment at the studio. - Renters cannot bring additional photographers or videographers to the studio unless it has been cleared by the Company. - No studio equipment is permitted to leave the studio unless previously cleared with the Company. - Unused hours do not carry over to subsequent bookings/dates. - All Covid-19 restrictions apply. Studio is taking all precautions and limiting the studio to 5 people maximum (this includes the Renter). Renters must wipe down studio prior to departing with cleaning supplies the studio has provided. The Company can approve additional people on a case by case basis. - All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, hair cutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require approval from a Company representative. Cleaning fee may apply. - No body lotions when using paper backdrops. - Music must remain at a volume that doesn't disturb our neighbors. - Any group over 5 people must be approved by the Company. - No animals, unless the shoot is for pet photography and service animals are permitted in accordance with CA & Federal laws. - No building exterior doors may be propped open unattended, access codes can not be distributed - If we have a fire alarm activation everyone must evacuate until re-entry is permitted - Shooting is allowed in studio areas only, other locations with written permission only. - Do not move or unplug refrigerators, or slide furniture on floors. - Absolutely no smoking, electronic cigarettes, or vaping at any time. - No alcoholic beverages, illicit drugs or intoxicated persons are allowed in the building. - Unplug all lighting and secure cords appropriately. - Remove any trash you generate - we have extra bags under the kitchen sink. - Leave the studio in the condition you found it, be sure all windows are closed, doors locked, lights turned off, etc. - Report any unusual occurrences, problems, and damaged or non-functioning equipment

Everything inside the studio is able to be moved, we just ask that you return it back to how you found it.
