About the Space
This is a newly remodeled (2021) single story house with a beach bungalow/ Serena & Lily vibe. The house was designed by a local interior designer, Adriana Morales. Each room is bright with natural light, perfect for photographs and video shoots. The beautiful backyard features an 8-person dining table, custom kids playhouse with mini picnic bench, grassy area, and Japanese-style hibachi grill. This is the perfect place to host a small group gathering, weekend brunch, kids birthday party, or photo/video shoots. Owner will be present for all bookings. 15 person maximum.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
