About the Space

This space is perfect for photoshoots and smaller video setups of all kinds. The back room is about 1200 square feet and has a classy feel with earthy tones throughout the colors and decor. We have a ton of lighting that dims easily, with the ability to plug in various audio as well as use of our smart TVs as needed.

  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

No, I would not book again.

I’m conflicted…. The communication leading up to my booking was great, the space was stunning, and the staff was really friendly while we were there! All good things! HOWEVER, I rented the space to get ready in before my wedding. My bridal party was in the main bar area (attached to the patio) so we could use the natural light for makeup, and the groom’s party was in the closed off, lounge area in the back that’s darker. My problem is that there was a revolving door of people (mostly men) walking in and out of the main bar area where me and my bridesmaids were getting ready. They were picking up cigars, trying to order drinks at the bar, and walking through the space to use the bathroom. Most of these people then proceeded to hang out in the patio area which is a direct viewpoint into the bar that we were getting ready in. It was uncomfortable to have people staring in on us while we were getting ready and frustrating to have strangers inside the space that we had rented out. At one point, there was even a meeting that took place inside of the bar. To top it all off, my (now) husband and I did our first look by the roll up garage doors (best lighting) and there ended up being random people smoking cigars and drinking on the patio in the background of those photos, which is really disappointing. When I rented out the space I assumed I was renting out the ENTIRE space and that it would be closed off to the public. This was absolutely not the case.

Yes, I would book again.

We had a photoshoot here and it was awesome! There was so much space to shoot, the vibes were great, and it was very clean. Ben was very nice and let us make ourselves feel at home! I would definitely refer others here to shoot!

The look and feel of this place is AWESOME!! Ben and the staff are AMAZING!! We used this place to film a scene for our upcoming series and the overall experience was incredible. Thank you Vintage for making this film shoot a wonderful experience.
