We have a 1200 square foot office and studio, which includes a 300 square foot window-less studio space with black rubber flooring, black painted walls, black sound proofing ceiling panels, green screen background curtain, 3 rails to hang lights or a background curtain, a moveable couch and coffee table, director's chairs, small work desk, plus teleprompter/grip/audio/video gear available to rent. The large open office is a great spot to shoot interviews and other scenes and to host meetings with a large collaborative desk/bar in the center, 2 work desks, tables and chairs, coffee bar, large windows facing Moody Street, and a kitchenette with sink and refrigerator. There's an alcove connected to the open office with our main editing work station, couch, and an open desk and chair setup usually used for hair and makeup. Men's and women's single bathrooms are in the 4th floor hallway right next to our unit. The building also has a 5th floor common space with a full kitchen, seating area, and men's and women's locker rooms, each with a private shower. The building is located on vibrant Moody Street in Waltham, MA with over 30 restaurants, bars and cafes of all kinds within a short walking distance. We're located about a 5 minute drive from Routes 90 and 95, a 5 minute walk from the Waltham commuter rail station, Buses 505, 553, 554, 556 across the street, and a 20 minute drive from downtown Boston. Free strong WIFI. AC is available in the unit during the summer months. There is a small elevator at the Gordon Street entrance and a wide staircase at the Moody Street entrance.
