COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We have a professional cleaner come in between bookings to properly clean the space

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

This property is an adobe-style home set on 8 stunning acres in the foothills of Joshua Tree National Park. The house has a full kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a garage area with an infrared sauna and Pac Man machine, and a back patio with a fire pit, a cedar hot tub, and a stock tank pool. The surrounding land is gorgeous and quiet, giving you true desert ambiance. Both the house and property itself are perfect for retreats, workshops, intimate events, photo shoots, small film productions, dinners, and more.

General Rules

- No shoes in the house as the house is curated with light and nice décor and treating it with love is a priority for us - Noise Ordinance for Yucca Valley after 10pm - Keep the hot tub and dipping pool covered at all times while not in use and do not go in with dirty feet as the particles will clog them - Bring wood if you would like to enjoy the fire pit and fire place - The AC and heat will be controlled by the unit on the left. DO NOT TOUCH SWAMP COOLER WHICH IS THE UNIT ON THE RIGHT, as it can be confused for the AC unit and will disturb the amenities and AC. - Projector must be shut off if not in use and treated with extreme care. - Guest are fully repressible for any damages made during their stay.

Security cameras and recording devices

All of our cameras are outside the property, facing the property and record video and audio. The cameras are always on.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
