NOISE & COMMUNITY: This is small *private* community of only 8 units, we ask that you please be mindful/reasonable with respect to noise levels. Neither the space itself nor windows are not soundproof. Sound from the rooftop is pretty muffled, especially with curtains closed. Backyard patio is ground floor and will need to observe quieter hours after 10pm weekday, midnight on weekends. We want nothing more than you to have an incredible & memorable event so we will be sure to keep the party as live as possible! :) LOCATION & DIRECTIONS: This studio is in West Seattle, accessible by the 120 bus line within one (1) block of the space. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Sam was an excellent host! Very helpful and a great teacher. This was my first time doing production, and he helped me gather footage and angles. The space was to die for!! There was everything you could think of. I will definitely be returning.

This space was excellent, and Sam went way above and beyond, helping set and reset lights, preping multiple locations, and even getting coffee for our talent. The equipment in the space was perfect for our shoot, so I didn't need to bring much to get the images we wanted, and Sam loaded everything we did bring in, and back out for me. Seriously, book this space.

This space is exactly what I was looking for and the host has the place stocked with so many thoughtful extras. Communication was excellent from start to finish and to say that he went above and beyond in helping us set up is an understatement. Sam saved the day with batteries when we forgot ours. I can't recommend this space enough. Every guest asked me where I found this rental and I will be sharing the details with my community. The place is bright and comfortable. The Covid precautions put my mind at ease. Seriously, a much needed space in West Seattle to create, celebrate, and be in community.

Samuel was an amazing host. He was around for the whole shoot, helping us set up different sets for our photos. He also made sure that there was heat for us as it was cold outside. He also offered us refreshments. I highly recommend renting this space. The photographer, model, and I all had an amazing experience. I will definitely be shooting at this space again!
