COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
The Vogue staff and guests will use advanced covid measures at the discretion of the leasing party. The Vogue follows Indiana Health and Safety Guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The space has the following features:
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors

Our is always stocked and can be customized to meet your specific needs. In addition, we partner with many unique and diverse food partners throughout Indianapolis to make your event a complete success. Our famous marquee along College Ave and across from The Red Line can be utilized to publicize your event, maximizing the impact your event can have for your fundraising efforts!

Parking description
The Vogue offers a private parking lot along with a parking garage across the street. New have a paid parking lot next-door and plenty of street parking.
General Rules
All exits and entrances must be kept clear due to Indiana Fire Code.
All guests must be 21+ years of age to be admitted to your event.
No more than 1000 guests are allowed in the Venue at any time.
ALL event timelines i.e. load in, entertainment start/end, load out, must be agreed upon by the venue.
Venue access and all necessary deliveries will be no earlier than 12pm.
Music or programming will conclude by 11pm, additional rates will apply hourly.
All rental items, decor, catering, etc will be removed by the Renter and contracted vendors from the venue by 1am.
Audio and visual equipment to be operated by Venue employees only.
Any venue equipment damaged on-stage, or in the venue, by Artist(s) or guests, Renter will pay for repair or replacement.
Stage Access is controlled by the Venue Management and Venue Security. Designated guests will have access backstage.
Renter to be provided use of 35 cocktail tables, 4 catering tables, and 60 bar stools, 60 chairs, 180 red folding chairs.
Venue to provide cleaning services prior to the event.
Staffing:
Venue to provide on site venue manager from 12pm-12am.
Venue to provide all bartenders, bar-backs, and cocktail servers.
Venue to provide security and reserves the right to ID all guests.
Venue to provide front of house audio and lighting engineers to operate equipment.
Vendors:
All contracted vendors must be approved by the Venue.
All bar staffing for your event will be provided by the Venue.
All event staff must be 21+ years of age.
Any and all decorations must be approved by the Venue.
Any additional chairs or tables needed for your event will be at your cost.
Rental Agreement Terms Continued:
Bar:
No outside alcohol is allowed on the premise
Venue to provide liquor and beer as designated in the beverage package
Venue provides all soft drinks, mixers, bottled water, disposable glassware, cocktail napkins, ice and straws
Venue reserves the right to cut off intoxicated guests and remove any guest from the premises. This applies regardless of the relationship with the Renter.
The Venue reserves the right to substitute any comparable product due to distribution shortage, change in inventory, etc.
Bar package includes 5 hours maximum of beverage service
The Venue will not serve shots.
Ages 21+
Security cameras and recording devices
The Vogue does have security guards and cameras on the interior and exterior of the facility.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
