About the Space
We have a range of backdrop and props available from modern backdrops, different colors seemless, Christmas set and all kinds of props from chairs, stools, couch etc. Photographers can do all kinds of creative shoots, from graduation, maternity, birthdays, baby, newborn, engagement, couple, to name but a few. Creatives can do video projects as well from cooperate to commercials etc

General Rules
Space must be left the way it was found. No litter or gabage.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
No removing furniture from the building
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Camera are outside the premises for security purpose outside the building complex.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
1. We Remove general waste
2. We remove dust
3. Clean and disinfect all flat surfaces
4. Clean and disinfect restroom
5. Dust mop bedroom floor or vacuum
6. Stock supplies inspection eg toilet paper and towels.
7. Wet the restroom
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Hand Sanitizer

Easy to get into with plenty of space. We used the space for a film shoot and were able to use some of the equipment as props. The host was great and will use again.
