About the Space
Flexible space that is perfect for a dinner party, meeting space, launch event, gallery space, art show, photoshoot for high-end residential kitchen and/or bar. Brick walls, concrete floors, and the bow and truss architecture give this unique space character, and skylights, a large glass door entrance and and 10 ft high windows provide great natural light throughout the day. The space can be dressed up or down depending on the type of event you are having. There is dimmable lighting throughout to achieve the right mood for the event. Two high-end kitchens and a bar were recently installed. There is a 20' island with double workstation sink. Refrigerators may be used to store food during the event but other appliances may not be used. The kitchens and bar are the perfect place for a photoshoot that resembles a high end residential home. Electrical outlets are plentiful in the wall and also drop down from the trusses above. 4 soundproof glass acoustical meeting pods with UV-C antibacterial lighting are also available for use. Pricing starts at $450/hr and goes up to $550/hr. There are two recently updated bathrooms with new wallpaper and tile. We rented this space for a baby shower for 45 people and it was everything I expected and more. The space is beautiful and the ambience is exactly what I was looking for to celebrate the parents to be. Several guests commented on how beautiful the wonderful the space was. Ray and Jeanne were so welcoming and helpful. The table and chairs rental company was late and Ray took it upon himself to call the company and find out what was going on which was extremely thoughtful while I was still trying to get everything ready. Thank you.

Amazing unassuming space that worked beautifully for a surprise birthday. Like hosting a gathering in your home kitchen but better. Beautiful exposed brick, lighting and furniture that can be left for your utilization. The kitchen space was beautiful and perfect for putting out food and a large charcuterie spread. Many of our guests asked about the space and commented how beautiful it was. Would definitely host something here again. Jeanne and Ray were very helpful and responsive with any questions as well. Thank you so much for renting this space out!
