The property will be throughly cleaned with specialist cleaning products before and after each shoot

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings
Disposable gloves

About the Space

This charming house oozes character and warmth from the moment you enter the front door. There is a well-proportioned hallway displaying original artwork. There are original features in all rooms with high ceilings. The front reception has a stunning open working fireplace that depicts Georgian Deco. The kitchen could represent a New York loft-style property. The dining area which is off of the kitchen has exposed brickwork with a working fireplace. There is a beautiful garden that is separated into three areas with one being a stunning courtyard setting. The property is very spacious and gives you versatile settings for varied types of filming.

General Rules

No smoking. Guest may cancel their booking until 7 days before the event start and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of the Booking Price. Guests may cancel their booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time and not refundable.
