About the Space
Excellent venue for baby showers, birthday parties, meetings and private events. Indoor space contains; stage area, lighting, piping and drapery, kitchenette, serving tables, bar and separate entrance. The outdoor space contains a separate entrance to the parking lot, seating for up to 40 guests, tenting and grill access. Both indoor and outdoor space rented together and or separate.

General Rules
We ask our clients to adhere to no smoking, glitter, confetti, pets, extremely loud music inside the building. All smoking must be done in the outside space. Hookah is welcomed. Outside catering is definitely allowed. Wait staff, event planners and catering is an option.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Floors are swept and mopped, bathrooms and kitchenette are cleaned and disinfected daily. UV light utilized at night.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
