Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Not only do we clean and sanitize before and after every event, we have an air filter. We provide masks and sanitizer at the front door and there is a sign on the window stating everyone who enters must wear a mask regardless of vaccination status.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

We have a 1300 sq ft showroom with 2 bathrooms and a small kitchenette area. Comes with tables, banquet chairs, black tablecloths and our throne loveseat. We are also a full service Party Rental company so we can provide you with the rental items you need for your event. Perfect for baby showers, birthday parties, bridal showers, micro weddings, quinceaneras, meetings and other small events.

Parking description

There is open parking in our parking lot outside.

General Rules

No smoking inside and within 100 ft of the building. No candles can be lit inside of the building. Outside vendors are allowed. Security must be hired if serving alcohol.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We have security cameras in our showroom, kitchenette area and backroom.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
