This space was amazing the plant life is what attracted me to the space. The host Mark was very accommodating and allowing us to come to the front door with our equipment and also leaving out of the front door due to the weather. The space was great for the photo shoot and also I would definitely rebook for a personal trip just because of how they said it was the aesthetics are amazing thank you again Mark for this opportunity to use your space

The space is beautifully decorated, comfortable and deff served for a great photoshoot location. I just wish that I was told about the cat prior to arriving, I do not like cats (at all) and it kept coming back. Also wish there was another way to access the space, the spiral staircase is very narrow so taking things up was challenging, also not a fan of Heights so it was nerve wrecking going up and down.

I have rented a wide variety of apartments and homes in DC for photoshoots and Mark’s apartment is now top of my list. It feels “lived in” in the best way and it is filled with thoughtfully curated pieces. The kitchen is well styled, the plants create a great oasis vibe, and the rooftop garden even has a fire pit. Mark was the most accommodating host I’ve ever had. He greeted us upon arrival, made sure we had everything we needed (including a street parking pass), and even helped us carry our bags in and out. 10/10 I will be back. This spot is truly a gem.
