About the Space
Our space is great for hosting Small parties of 50 to 75 and under. Space can be used for PoP shop, can also be used for photo shoots and videos. Meet and greet space. Our location is bright and colorful space it’s a happy place.Space can be used for children. parties. Client has access to one bathroom and has access to back room for refrigerator and an ice machine for drinks.

General Rules

Security Monitoring in the location with cameras. No Cameras in the bathroom.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our space is cleaned on a daily basis. We also an outside cleaning service for a regular cleaning.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
