About the Space

This home has a completely open concept living space which is perfect for an event, photo shoot, or any of your rental needs. The bright and airy foyer features an enclosed Florida room which has been staged as an office area. Adjacent is the main area of the home which is flooded with natural light and a modern but minimalist touch. There is an extra large kitchen island with plenty of seating for guests. Behind the home, there is a covered patio and additional open air patio space. Please advise in advance if you will be using the outdoor space as it is shared with the cottage in the rear. *Bedrooms are not included in this booking but can be added for an additional charge for photo shoots, etc.

We hosted our dad's intimate 70th birthday dinner here and he (along with our guest) absolutely loved it! The main idea was to host a long table boho chic dinner in the driveway and use the inside for our guests to mingle, but the weather had other plans. Our event planner was able to fully transform the space and Elizabeth was very accommodating and responsive to all of our needs/asks (Thank you!). The home was beautiful, airy, and had a great vibe and overall everyone especially my dad was in awe!

This space was perfect for my clients brand photoshoot. I loved the neutral colors of the space (to go along with my style) and the decor. It was exactly what my client was looking for. Elizabeth made it super easy to enter and use as well which is always appreciated. I would definitely rent it again.

Elizabeth was very responsive and her PeerSpace was warm & inviting. I would suggest messaging the host just to make sure your booking is correct and available. Overall I would book again but longer, 3 hrs fly by too fast.

Absolutely beautiful home for a baby shower! My sister hosted my baby shower here with 20 guests and it was perfect. Plenty of space, gorgeous kitchen, plenty of driveway and street parking. All of our guests were so impressed with the space. Elizabeth was very responsive and accommodating. Loved that we could bring our own food and alcohol with plenty of time to set up and tear down/clean up. We would definitely rent this space again for another small gathering!
