COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The home is properly cleaned between bookings, it is our primary space and will be cleaned per COVID-19 guidelines with all high-touch surfaces properly disinfected in addition to standard cleaning.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

Lighting description

The great room features a 24' vault with stacked windows on a south facing wall. There are window coverings on the lowest bank of windows but not the upper windows. The daylight is brightest during the winter from 3-5 and is intermittent throughout the day during spring, summer and fall from approximately 1-6.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

We are located on a 5.5 acre lot with no neighbors near our home. Our home is on a street of 5 other homes and the back of it looks out over a multi-hundred acre farm. The home is new so no appliance or A/C noises to speak of.

Equipment loading description

There is a large double front french door with a small 6" step up from the covered front patio to the home level. There is a long paved driveway with a hammerhead and large circle at the end for large truck turnaround.

Electrical system description

400 amp service has been pulled from the main power source at the road and is accessible in a double panel located in the mud room of the home. Multiple outlets throughout the home per code located on walls throughout the house.

General Rules

OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.
