COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We provide a detailed cleaning and disinfectant in between all reservations.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

General Rules
- No Smoking Any Substance Anywhere in the home or in the common areas on the property. Smoking anywhere on property will result in a $150 fee. Smoking is permitted in front of the building on the sidewalk.
-Quiet Hours begin at 10 pm.
-Do not have more guests or visitors than stated in your reservation.
-More guests or visitors than stated on the reservation will incur a charge of $50/per person.
-Unauthorized pets will incur a fee of $150
-No Loud music
-No disturbances whatsoever, anywhere on the property are permitted. Disruptive behavior is grounds for cancellation of the remainder of your reservation with no refund.
-We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises.
-We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay including the garage. Please do not leave valuables in your car.
We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
-Mail service not supported. Packages will be returned to sender or inaccessible.
-FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min late will incur an additional $50 charge.
-Lost TV Remote control will result in a $50 Charge
-Lost house keys or parking pass will result in a $150 replacement fee for each.
-Disabling, obstructing, or tampering in any way with any of the safety or security devices, including blocking cameras, will result in $250 fee for each occurrence and cancellation of the remainder of your reservation with no refund.
-Do not burn candles, incense or any other open flames.
-Please follow check-in and check-out instructions carefully
-You must also acknowledge Security Deposit of $1,000.
- If you damage the home. or damage or remove linens or towels you will be charged to replace.
-If you leave our home with a unusually large mess which requires additional cleaning, you will be charged additional fees to clean.

The venue was lovely, spacious and ideal for our 6 person meeting. We could've used a monitor to zoom with and connect a laptopThe host was very personable and accommodating despite our accidental lateness. And, the whole process was smooth and simple.
