The space is cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected before and after every booking.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

This rock&roll music-themed home is best suited for filming or photo shoots. You are greeted by an accent wall of vinyls and an electric guitar display case upon entry. You can enjoy custom DIY furniture and decor made from real music instruments and vinyls. From the snare drum coffee tables to the guitar night light to the Fender guitar pick kitchen table, no detail was missed in creating this music themed vibe. Looking for a dope aesthetic? Set the scene and the mood with color LED lights in each bedroom. Bring the cast or crew, models or musicians for a fun shoot!

Parking description

The Driveway can fit two vehicles in-line and there is parking available on the street in front of the house. In walking distance is a grocery shopping plaza where you may park at your own risk.

General Rules

No smoking anywhere on the premises. No pets are allowed unless written consent is given and pet fee is paid. Any illegal drug use or sex work (including but not limited to sex trafficking, adult films/pornography) is strictly prohibited.

Security cameras and recording devices

There is 24/7 surveillance security cameras on the exterior of the home as well as inside the garage/studio space.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
