Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

The location is a comfortable 2-room bar in the Metro area. The bar-counter is located in the front room with seating for approximately 75 persons. Additionally there are about 100 persons capacity in the back room. Perfect for Events, Parties, Filming, Photos, Displays, Ect Sound system and video playback is built in, microphones are setup

General Rules

No special rules. Peerspace allows hosts to schedule site visits when requested by a guest under the condition that if the guest decides to move forward with the space after seeing it, you remind them that the booking must be requested and paid for through the Peerspace platform. You are welcome to move furniture if you return the studio to the state that you found it. We ask that you deposit your trash in the bins prior to leaving. Please turn off the lights when you leave and lock the bottom lock on the entrance door.
