About the Space

Our space is for the creative and healing arts. This space can be used for yoga, movement and dance classes, photos/video shoots, popup shops, meditation and spiritual gatherings, content creation, art showings, exclusive meetups and workshops. This space has an open main area with a full wall of mirrors. It has built in display racks and beautiful shelving for display. This place has a beautiful brink accent wall with a wooden platform that can be used as a stage or focal point for the speaker or talent. We have an additional backroom that can be used for the production crew or one on one consultations/meetings. We have a backyard/outdoor space also to be used for creative purposes.

Parking description

There is street parking but it would be best to use Uber or Lyft as the street parking is limited.

General Rules

No smoking in the space but is allowed in the outdoor space. No candles or fire to be lit in space. Young children are not allowed in the space under 12 years old. Catering is allowing on a case by case basis. The space place must be found as given. Trash must be taken out and placed in can in front after event is closed.

Security cameras and recording devices

There is a ring light in front of the space as well as in the back of the space which is on at all times.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We maintain all Covid standards for the event space. Our cleaner is thorough and the space is regularly cleaned in between events.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
