About the Space
We're proud to introduce our bright and modern designer home centrally located in Los Angeles in the mountainous area of Shadow Hills. We've had the pleasure of welcoming everyone from an NBC show to TV commercials, to photo shoots and more. Inside you'll find 1400 square feet of recently renovated space for shoots of all kinds. Enjoy immense natural light, a beautiful modern kitchen with waterfall island, Edison bulb lamp, a designer dining room, one bathroom with beautiful tile, a peaceful master bedroom with warm details, a modern lounge, a guest house, and oak wide plank wood flooring throughout. The home has many beautiful props to make your shoot seamless. There is a stone and tree-filled yard with palm trees, cacti, native plants, flowers, and birds of paradise, as a backdrop for a relaxed and chic lounge. An oak 6-foot table and chairs make eating outside easy and enjoyable. Our driveway is convenient for loading/unloading production equipment, and there is street parking one block west of the property. The lounge is perfect for holding talent, hair/make-up, and equipment. In addition, there is a separate dressing room with clothes rods to store your wardrobe and a commercial steamer provided. We provide a 10x10 pop-up tent for crew or video village in the back, upon request. We look forward to having you!
