About the Space
A spacious, light, bright, airy and modern home. Renovated throughout in 2020. The house offers exterior space for curated hostessing in addition to interior shoots. An amazing space for photo shoots. Films, interviews or other shoots. Has been featured on network television and is a frequent venue for influencer shoots.

General Rules
No smoking in the building. Certain areas of the interior are off-limits, or will require an extra booking fee. Each shoot is different so email your questions and we can make a package that works.
The kitchen can be rented for catering. Food trucks or food carts are available from outside vendors. There is a list of preferred catering and decorators

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We follow all Covid protocol and weekly and in between guests
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
