★ 𝐍𝐨 𝐬𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Smoking, vaping, marijuana, or any substance is not allowed anywhere in the home or in the common areas on the property. This is a 100% smoke-free community. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in a $500 fee. Smoking is permitted in front of the building on the sidewalk.
★ Pets are not allowed on the property at any time without prior written consent. Pets are only allowed at the discretion of the host. Please inquire first. If allowed, pets are considered as an additional guest that must be paid prior to the check-in date. Only one pet per reservation is allowed.
★ 𝐍𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 - Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, loud music, and the like are not allowed. Please do not disrespect our neighbors. Quiet time after 10:00 PM
★ 𝐍𝐨 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬 - Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every 30 min after check out time is an additional $75. Please understand that we have scheduled cleaning for our units.
★ 𝐍𝐨 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 - Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
★ 𝐍𝐨 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Unapproved third-party reservations are subject to cancellation without refund. You will be present during the entire reservation. Reservations cannot be made on behalf of any other party unless expressly approved by us in writing.
★ 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 - We do not have a recording device in our unit, we understand the privacy of our guests, but this unit has security devices such as Doorbell Camera (Outside only), Security Panel, Sensors. Tampering with such a device will be a charge of an extra $250.
★ 𝐃𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐚 - For ensuring the safety of our unit and to make sure that we have the right guest and the correct number of guests. Do not touch the surveillance on the property. For your safety, security, and quiet enjoyment, Vivint Home Security records activity at the front doors to the unit.
★ 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐥 - This panel is the brain of all devices installed in the unit.
★ 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐬 - Fire, Smoke, Carbon Monoxide, Water, Noise Sensors. All of these devices ensure that our unit is well protected and safe for you and our next guests.
★ 𝐌𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 - Mail service is not supported. All packages will be rejected. We suggest guests who require mail delivery set up a temporary mailbox at the UPS Store or USPS.
★ 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 - We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. Use of Community Amenities, including but not limited to the pool, spa, BBQ grills, and gym, is at your own risk.
★ 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧/𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 - If you have any needs or issues, please message us through the Message Center only. You acknowledge that phone support is not provided. All communication regarding your reservation will only be made to the contact information associated with the profile that confirmed the reservation.
★ 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Park only in the garage/gated parking lot with your permit handing from the rear-view mirror. Parking anywhere other than the garage will subject your vehicle to being towed at your expense.
★ 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 - Use our unit with care. If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. No hair dye allowed.
★ 𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐭/𝐋𝐞𝐟𝐭 𝐈𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 - We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
★ 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐞𝐟𝐭 𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 - There will be a minimum handling fee of $150, plus the cost of shipping and packaging for anything you request being returned. Requests must be made within 48-hours of departure; after which period, items may be donated at the sole discretion of the host.
𝐅𝐄𝐄𝐒:
★ 𝐔𝐧𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤-𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬 - For every 30 mins after the scheduled time will incur an additional charge of $75.
★ 𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐬 - Lost Remote Control (A/C, TV, FAN) will incur an additional charge of $100.
★ 𝐋𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 - Lost house Key, Keyfob, Gate Remote, or Parking Pass, will result in a replacement fee of $350.
★ 𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 - If you damage the home, you may be charged up to the cost of replacement.
★ 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Smoking of any kind will result in a charge of $500.
★ 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 - Disabling, obstructing, or tampering in any way with any of the safety or security devices, will result in a cancellation of the remainder of your reservation without refund and a fee $250 fee for each occurrence.
★ 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐞𝐞 - A $150 handling charge will be added on top of shipping costs for any items left behind that you request to pick up or be sent. Fees will be paid for in full by you before any arrangements can be made. Requests must be made within 48-hours of departure; after which period, items may be donated at the sole discretion of the host.
