About the Space
The Industry Building is located in the South Bronx right off the expressway, and in walking distance from the 6 train. The building is a corner property, so it has excellent exposure from all directions making this the perfect natural light studio. In total, we have over 30,000 square feet situated on six levels, and serviced by a large freight elevator. Our studios are self service, but management is a call away if needed.
