INTERIOR: You will have access to the entire first floor of the Villa; including two luxurious king suites, 5+ restrooms, the grand foyer, formal living room with fireplace, multi-purpose room with fireplace (can seat up to 40ish people), ballroom pavilion, chefs’ kitchen, 2 kitchenettes and 3+ dining spaces. EXTERIOR: You will have access to the entire exteriors; featuring acres of impeccably maintained lawn, patio areas, sports courts, walking paths, rose garden, a secret garden patio, several arbors, a fountain, a built-in fire-pit with tons of seating, a shaded concrete-pillared grape arbor overlooking the river and much more. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

All cleaning policies meet or exceed CDC standards and recommendations. Our team cleans and disinfects all hard surfaces and high-touch items such as appliance handles, light switches, door knobs, remote controls, etc. We also clean and disinfect all dishes/glassware, silverware, bedding, towels and other linens as well as tubs and toilets.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
