Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Rest assured that our area has been cleaned thoroughly to protect all of us.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This historic building constructed in 1900 boasts original hardwood floors and 16' ceilings. The studio space has two rooms available for your use. The first, an unassuming space with a black wall and a white wall adjacent. The other room has large south-facing windows that lets in beautiful natural light against a white brick wall. A small room to the side of the studio has a sink and is used as a hair/makeup area as well as a dressing room. Pieces of unique furniture that will help your photos tell a story, can be rented for your stay as well. We also have photo equipment available for rent.

Parking description

Street metered parking available most days. We also have access to a parking lot that guests are allowed to use.

General Rules

- no smoking in the building or the studio space - no pets unless granted by owner - all rentals include set up and tear down time - guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking - front door must be locked upon departure from the space; please use lock box and key code provided

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

The building itself is monitored by video for the safety of renters and guests of the space. The studio itself does not have recording devices.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
