About the Space
BRAND NEW EVENT SPACE! OPENED JANUARY 2022 Prime time Main Street location, 50 feet from Abbot Kinney! This historic 1,300 square foot oasis is loaded with charm - it was originally built to house the train station workers in 1908!! It was fully renovated in 2016 to become the beautiful and bright space it is now. This stand-alone house includes two outdoor areas - a lounge area in the front and a dining/meeting area in the back. There are 7 skylights located through the house, with 14-foot ceilings in certain areas, providing abundant natural light. This space was created and designed to host any and all kitchen-related events (private dinners, pop ups, cooking demonstrations, tasting, cooking classes), as well as all other events with under 20 guests. The owner of this space runs a high end catering business, so the kitchen has every pot, gadget, and tool you could need :) It's ideal for content creators, creatives, chefs, and event planners. Everything is one on floor so access is very easy from the street. The layout consists of: -A "great" room with a fully equipped open kitchen, working fireplace, dining table with seating for up to 12, a stainless steel prep table, and open shelving. -A library/bar room, with a 42" oak bar and two bar-height tables + seating -A front outdoor patio with lounge seating -A back outdoor patio with a dining table and seating for up to 12 -Two bathrooms Also included with the space: -A 55" Samsung Pro TV/Monitor -2 Sonos speakers -2 beautifully decorated bathrooms -Super high speed fiber optic internet (~980 mbps) -Dishware, flatware, glassware -Outdoor Weber grill + prep table We created this space with a variety of events in mind, including but not limited to: -Business Meetings -Creative Off-Sites -Executive Team Meetings -Cooking Classes -Cooking Demonstrations -Mixology Classes -Photo Shoots -Video Shoots (small crews only) -Baby Showers -Bridal Showers -Birthday Parties -Anniversaries -Engagement Shoots We provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner catering upon request. Loved shooting a video interview in this space. The noise could be slightly difficult, given the proximity to such a major road, but the look and feel were fantastic. The space was cleanly, well organized, and the notes that Ashley sent over were thorough and answered all of my questions. The layout of the space also allowed for it to be incredibly flexible with multiple looks and feels for an interview.

Absolutely perfect space for our small culinary event! Ashley and Robbie were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. They have thought of every detail and the venue is comfortable for guests and staff alike. Terrific outdoor patios front and back for guests to enjoy cocktails or dine and just about every culinary tool you can imagine indoors. 10/10 would rent again!
