Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Space is professionally cleaned before a booking and the toilets in the communal area are also professionally cleaned.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

A contemporary art gallery in the centre of Manchester. A cool creative space that would be perfect for smaller events, medium sized photo shoots or production filming. We opened the space in 2020 and have some amazing clients who use the space for a number of different reasons. We are super flexible on how you wish to dress the space. You can use our featured artists work for filming or if you need a blank canvas for photography that can easily be arranged. We want our space to be used by local creatives as well as production houses as we believe it offers a unique opportunity to create great work.

Security cameras and recording devices

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
