COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The house is professionally cleaned by the same cleaners that keep it successfully running as an airbnb.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Our house is a five bedroom three bath single story home with a large main living area and fenced in backyard. The house is ideal for an event space for smaller groups of 15-20. Maximum occupancy for an event would be twenty five people. The space would work well for film, photography, bridal showers, gender reveal parties or even corporate meetings. There are a couple of arcade games in the house that make it fun as well!

General Rules

1. Quiet hours are after 9 pm in respect of the neighbors. 2. No smoking in the house. 3. Please place all trash outside in the trash bin at end of event 4. Please do not disturb the neighbors. 5. Please place all used dishes in the dishwasher after use.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Ring doorbell located at the front door records people only outside of the house.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
