No smoking in the building. Outside and inside catering is allowed. The space is available for photo shoots, videos, weddings, kid or adult themed birthday parties and a plethora of other events upon request.

There are 6 cameras in the home. None in the bedroom. Only in the common areas. Yes they will remain on. Unless the guest request otherwise and signs a waiver that states it being by there request.
