About the Space
Industrial chic and uber-groovy, with supermodel bones and skyline views. This project was developed as a live/ work space for a San Francisco art advisor and architect. The location includes a three-level residence, architecture studio and art exhibition space/ office. The original 1959 building featured an open carport on the lower level with residential space above. This home is perfect for your next shoot. We've hosted all sorts of activities in the past and are certain our space is perfect for your next production. Tell us about your shoot and we'll do what we can to accommodate your needs and answer any questions you may have.

General Rules
Advertised price is subject to change based on shoot specs. For example, video shoots can be higher.
No weddings, birthday parties or private events allowed. We are happy to host corporate events.
No music videos allowed.
A cleaning fee may be required depending on the size and scope of your shoot.
FOOD AND DRINK
If hiring a caterer, please ensure they are ensured. Please ask us for recommendations. Please keep food and drink (except for water) outside at all times. If you need refrigerator space, please ask!
TRASH
Guests are encouraged to take all trash upon end of booking to avoid paying a trash disposal fee.
HOME PROTECTION
Ram board, mats, booties, corner protectors, etc. may be required depending on your production.
LOAD-IN TO LOAD-OUT
Please coordinate with the host for any and all drop offs and pickups THE DAY OF the booking. An additional fee per day may apply for any load-in and load-out outside of date of the booking.
RESTRICTIONS: *No nails, screws, staples, tape or gummed backed materials may be used to attach or affix anything to the furniture, walls, or building. *No glitter or confetti of any kind is allowed on site. *No sparklers, Roman candles, or fire producing gags or effects. *No face painting, hand paints, stains, or other similar activity allowed.
INSURANCE: Additional Event Insurance is required and may be obtained through Eventhelper.com. Please list the host as additional insured.
SETUP AND CLEANUP TIMES
Set-up and clean-up time should be included as part of your total rental time. Please consider your setup and teardown needs for the evening and factor time into your booking accordingly. Per Peerspace terms, overtime charge at 1.5x. If the home is not left as it was found, you will be charged a cleaning fee.

Health and Safety Measures
The space will be cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. Home should be left by production as it was found upon their arrival.
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
