All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Located in industrial west midtown — our Backwoods Event Loft and Lounge is the perfect two story open space for an album listening event, a release party, a networking mixer or a themed birthday party. This faux lush green offering has capacity for 100 people and an easy bar, catering and DJ set up. This booking has ample seating and standing space with an open white space perfect for a speaking panel and small audience or a dance floor. We have one lounge couch and 2 lounge chairs (pictured) for comfortable seating . We can also provide two 6 inch tables and/or 10 folding chairs by request upon booking if needed.
