Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We make sure everything is wiped down and sanitized also provide face coverings for guest

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks / face coverings

Space has natural light

Natural light can be blocked out

Lighting description

Large sliding windows can be found on each side of the wall with the rising and setting of the sun, natural light floods the space. Morning and midday are the best times to see the sun.

Ambient noise description

You won't hear your neighbors. There will be some road noise, but it can be blocked out, and there will be no loud appliances or air conditioning.

We have two entrances to the property; both require some lifting to bring items up the stairs. If you have a loading truck or vehicle, it may remain parked near the doorway while loading but must be transferred to one of our approved parking places.

Electrical system description

The power rating is excellent in this space, and I've encountered no troubles. We have six outlets, each of which has an extended outlet pack with four plug-ins. The circuit breaker is located in the hallway; you must contact me in order to have access to it.
