About the Space
In our newly renovated kitchen, you or your caterer will find all the latest amenities, including garbage disposal, dishwasher, and a Viking stove and oven. Preparing and serving food is made easy with ample counter space. You can find the following in the kitchen: coffee maker, microwave oven, refrigerator, gas stove, kitchen utensils, silverware and more.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
CLEANING / DAMAGES
The hourly rate includes the cleaning fee, and guests are expected to leave the place in the same condition as they found it. Please remove any equipment you bring in and include this loading and unloading time when booking.
Penetrating items such as nails, screws, and staples should not be used on our walls. Ensure that any tape or gummed backing materials are removed properly. Peerspace will charge the credit card on file for damages (walls, flooring, furniture, etc.).
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
