About the Space
SPACES - INTERIOR 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms Downstairs is a modern spacious kitchen with pantry, a spacious light filled living room and dining room. There is also a fireplace nook with a piano room and sunporch off the entry with a vintage Haywood Wakefield desk. Upstairs are 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. SPACES - EXTERIOR The yard has raised bed garden space, a chicken coop, an outdoor movie area with firepit and a trampoline. COLOR Most of the home is painted a warm white. The kids rooms are light pink and blue, and the master is light grey. The exterior of the home is brown. GREEN FEATURES We have a geothermal heating and cooling system. Induction oven/range OVERALL DESCRIPTION We love our home, we would describe it as a modern, clean, garden centric house.

Crystal and her family were amazing hosts! We shot medium format photography in their kitchen for our international client and it couldn't have come out better. The house has so much character and in a great location right outside the city. Crystal was always available for questions and was very accommodating in our propping needs. She is very understanding of production needs. Although parking could be tricky with a school across the street, we didn't have any issues finding spots for our 12 person crew and Crystal was nice enough to save us several spots in front of her house! Great experience, would book again :)
