The top floor also contains an Amazing French style bookshelf with ladder.A spiral staircase will lead you to your private loft style condo. Open space features European style kitchen cabinetry, granite counter tops. Great location! Walking distance to Downtown Hollywood, Shopping & great dining. The windows have semi-sheer blinds for natural light control. The space is available for creative and commercial video/photography projects, as well as meetings. It has 2 private bathrooms with a shower, a full-service kitchen (available as part of rental), lounge area, and makeup station. By far one of the best experiences ever! I’m very weary about where I book to do my work. I’ve had some really bad experiences in the past, with the aesthetics not matching the picture and over selling the experience. This was magical and breath taking the moment I came in. It aligned with my vision and work. It’s very clean, and the host was very attentive. Definitely will be booking this place again!!
