Inspect property and remove left-behind items Clean the kitchen and put away the dishes, toaster, wipe stove, and other utensils Dust furniture and other surfaces Sweep and mop floors Clean toilets, bathtubs, and showers Wipe countertops, door handles, and light switches. Take out the trash Restock amenities you provide in your space, including tea, trash bags, paper towels, hand soap, detergent and dish soap Do a final scan of the whole house and add finishing touches.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

Beautiful Colonial home built in the 1900s with a modern spin. The whole 1st level can be used hourly and is made with an open clean concept with furniture and fixings that can be rearranged to fit the occasion. We can host Organization/Business meetings and religious gatherings. This home space is also good for Baby Showers, Receptions, Bridal Showers, Funeral Repast, Photoshoots, Filming, Podcast, and more. A quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from Drexel School of Medicine, walking distance to the Queen Lane transportation center and other local transportation, Shopping centers, Food and more! Nice neighborhood, Free street parking! Outdoor spaces = Front and back patio with a big backyard. Very comfortable home. Washer, Dryer, Stove, Microwave and Refrigerator availability. There are lots of outlets and if the circuit breaker or power goes out there’s a Maintenance person on call to attend to those needs. Guest would contact host for details.

General Rules

There’s NO SMOKING . Outside Catering is allowed. No loud music after 12pm. No wild Parties, Guest must make sure that all trash has been properly disposed and put into the trash can on the front porch after event. Guest is responsible for cleaning up all trash after themselves and making sure that nothing is damaged.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Smoke machines are allowed

No nudity allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

The device is just there for security. It will not record activity while inside of the house.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
